"It all started with our Inspector, Dallas Taylor. He explained everything perfectly and was beyond professional. The morning of the install arrived and Nick Perfetti, the foreman, called ahead of time to let me know how far they were out. When they arrived Nick introduced me to the other men working on our crawl space; Shane English and James White. All three were professional and courteous and everything went smoothly. "The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
