"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."

"While visiting our son, daughter-in-law, and baby in Greenville, NC their range broke. As it was old and needed costly repairs, we went with them as they shopped for a new one. They both wanted gas and the old one was electric so we knew we would need to get someone over to run gas lines if they bought a gas range. We called a few local plumbing companies and Coastal Carolina was the only one that was willing, or able, to come on such short notice. After getting their quote we decided to go ahead and hire them. They came on time, worked steady and not only installed and tested the gas line, they fixed a plumbing problem while they were there. They were courteous, diligent, and fair with their pricing.
