"George with Roesner Construction responded quickly to both our request and with an estimate. He completed both our initial project and some additional projects in a timely fashion. He did a great job with the drywall repair and the painting. We will keep him on our list of folks to call when we need work in the future!"

"We contacted Willy to help us with multiple projects for our house. We are in the process of remodeling an old fixer-upper. Willy and his crews have been doing all of our heavy work for us. We are beyond satisfied with the work he has done. So far, he completed projects such as: new roof, rain gutters, James Hardy siding , exterior painting, new deck, and interior trim work. He will also be remodeling the interior of our house. Willy and all of his men are honest, polite, professional, and very skilled at their trade. We would definitely recommend him to anyone."

Plaster that sags or bulges, shows extensive deep cracks, or is crumbling from water damage or simply time may need replacement. Plaster walls can look a little “worn” for a long time before they need replacing. The only real way to know if it needs a replacement is to hire a professional to assess the condition of the plaster.

The cost to install drywall is between $1.50 and $3 per square foot, while shiplap installation costs between $2 and $7 on average. In most applications, shiplap installations cost more than that of putting in drywall. However, several ways exist to reduce shiplap prices, especially for small locations or accent walls, which can keep the total cost of shiplap competitive with that of drywall.

Eco-friendly options reduce environmental impact and often improve indoor air quality.

The time it takes for thinset to dry is determined by your room’s ambient temperature and humidity levels. Assuming the average humidity level is around 40% with an average temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit, thinset can dry within 48 hours. Lower temperatures and higher humidity can extend the curing process beyond 72 hours, while high heat and zero humidity can shorten the curing process. However, thinset can crack if it dries too fast.

Costs depend on damage extent of damage, labor, finishing, and whether mold remediation is needed.
