I started out wanted to use them signed a contact to do business with them on 1/1 and unfortunately I had to cancel due to a death in my rental property and they still charged me and they changed the activation date from 12/31 to 12/1 without my knowledge of knowing it was changed when signed the contract they had to make minor change to contract for me but when I signed the contract didn't scroll up yo see what else they changed without my knowledge. My contract was supposed to start 1/1 I canceled before 12/31 what was 1st agreement now I have to pay for a service I didn't receive I'm telling you beware of this company. I do not want anyone to get stuck like I did. Really check their references unfortunately I didn't. Dignity Honesty trustworthiness is what I believe in. Which you do not provide. You haven't done anything that deserves a fee. Pay for what services? Lease didn't even start yet and you want to charge me. Beware of this company. They are not honest. That's all I have to say.. I'm a Landlord and I advise people to do more research on this company before they handle your business. They really want to charge me after they changed dates on agreement without telling me.
