Choosing Brenda Shoaf, at Leonard Ryden Burr, as our agent for the sale of our house was a phenomenal choice. Brenda is caring, easy to talk to, honest, quick to respond to any and all inquiries, knowledgeable, and the kind of professional you want representing you. Throughout the sales process, we faced many unexpected challenges. Brenda was right there by our side, persistently finding solutions to each and every problem we encountered. There's no such thing as "impossible" when working with Brenda! She gets things done in a quick and efficient manner. Brenda puts your needs first and is always looking out for your best interest. We had so many showings of our house, we were actually worn out (but that's a good thing, exactly what you want when selling your home). When all was said and done, we actually ended up with a bidding war. Selling a house can be extremely stressful; but Brenda always went "above and beyond" the call of duty to ease our frustrations and make the process less stressful for us. I cannot recommend Brenda highly enough to anyone looking to sell, or buy a home. She gets the job done and is an absolute pleasure to deal with!

The people who run the place are Brooke Burr and Curtis Leonard. They were very professional and it was a very positive experience. Their follow-ups were excellent. The prices were pretty much non-negotiable due to the current market.
