We worked with Jennifer for about 4 years to find our forever home. She was always prompt and excited to see/hear from us. This was our first time working with Jennifer and we had bought 2 homes prior to meeting her. Jennifer was the easiest real estate agent to work with, by far. I got Jennifer's name from Angie's List when I began our house-hunting effort in December 2014.  Our family has bought and sold houses several times over the past 30 years and finding a "good" realtor was always the most stressful part of the buyng and selling operation.  Our most recent realtor did nothing but call up for appointments once our daughter saw a house she liked in the MLS.  Our daughter - a first-time buyer - did all the leg work.  I was not anxious to go through house-hunting again.  However, I lucked out with Jennifer.   This girl took care of everything and actually made this an enjoyable experience looking for our townhome.  She is incredibly professional, enjoyable to be around, and will point out flaws and red flags when necessary.  I wanted an agent that would point out the negatives as well as the positives about a home.  She also understood our reasons for moving and always reminded us about this when looking at a house.  She understood the people that were going to live in the house and made sure we were thinking of possible difficulties in the house as well as the advantages/disadvantages of the location.   It meant a lot to me that she understood how the house would fit the people living in it - this was not just finding the best price/sq. ft in the area.  The personal factors were critical.   We made an offer on a house the first day it came on the market - Jennifer and I knew exactly what we were looking for and we did not waste time looking at properties that were "close" to what I wanted.   She knew exactly what I was looking for.   Jennifer prepared the offer on her computer the moment I said this is what I want and the Seller had the offer within the hour.  There were a couple of counteroffers the rest of the day, but Jennifer connected with the Seller and texted me counteroffers and questions the rest of the day.  We finished late Saturday night and she had the contract details ironed out before midnight.  Texting, internet, & online contracts seem to be typical of house-buying these days, but she has all the necessary tools to be an incredibly efficient agent.  She helped me with closing details as well.  This house-hunting search was a walk in the park with Jennifer.  I would definitely use her again if looking for a house and I strongly recommend using her as her agent.  (As a frame of reference, I am 60 years old with 6 grown children in this area, so I have spent more time than I ever wanted to when it comes to moving and buying and selling houses).
