After removing the old fence I was told the new material would arrive the next morning and they would arrive to install . They finished the 230 plus ft fence including 3 custom gates in one day. Town & Country Fence is a family-owned business that has operated in the Charlotte area for over 20 years. The company specializes in aluminum and vinyl fences, installing national brands. We can build custom estate gates and install gate operators for ease of access. Wood and chain link fences are also available. Sales consultants are knowledgeable and professional. Installation crew foremen are longtime hourly employees. Our office/showroom is staffed Monday through Friday, 7:30 to 4:30.
"Town & Country installed a vinyl fence on our property just under 5 years ago. Over the course of the last year, we have encountered slats falling out, gaps between slats, and most disappointing - our gate has cracks along the top which we are told is due to Town & Country not installing a brace on the gate which was necessary due to it's size. We are now facing $1200 in 'fix it' costs - including having to replace the gate. There have been no children playing in the yard - no obvious cause for the problems. When I contacted Town & Country - they shared that they do not do repairs and referred me to call a number for repair services. A call to that number turned out to be anything but optimum- zero professionalism, zero business. Will not be recommending this company - ever."
