Integrity is an excellent business that I would very highly recommend. Adam installed my garage door, replacing a rather worn and damaged one. He was knowledgeable, highly competent, and efficient. Some time approximately 6 months after the door was installed, I derailed the door with a clumsy mistake. Upon calling Adam for repair, I learned that his business was experiencing a heavy work load that day. Because my garage is a storage device for me, I was very much concerned because the door would not close. Adam found time in his incredibly busy day to come and put the door back on track so that it would close. The seriously good work ethic and care for customers sets this company apart from all the others. I cannot give Adam and his company a higher recommendation.

Chad called, made an appointment and showed up. He actually called and asked if he could come earlier. He listened while I explained the problem and made adjustments and did maintenance steps to get the door working and gave me instructions to keep the door in good condition. He guaranteed his work for 90 days and said to call if we had any problems. They were a reasonable rate and fixed the door.

They were quick to call in response to my post. They committed to arrive at 3pm but arrived later since they had travel some distance from Lake Lure. They listened to my explanation for the problem and were quick to resolve the issue. They charged me $78 dollars to reprogram my remote clickers which took about 5 minutes.

They went out of their way to get parts and to keep their word about schedule in order to reconfigure two doors for new openers. While other vendors tried to sell us a whole new unit, Idon was willing to spend the time and effort to resolve our problem and saved us hundreds of dollars.
