They are true professionals with both the windows that had easy access, as in our kitchen, and the windows needing a tall ladder, as above our front door and fireplace. Tom even went above and beyond by handing my husband the globes from our entry chandelier for cleaning and then he put them back up (we do not have a 16-ft. ladder!). I am certain that their windows are great quality, but the windows I ordered are the same style, double windows.....I can't see any difference in what I got compared to what they offered. Just the price was way off. Get at least a few quotes and at least one from a local contractor! These guys are really expensive."
