"Read the contract carefully. If it s not listed it is not included. We were burned. Had to dig hole for the post footings and left the dirt for us to shovel back. The mitered corners of the handrail were not even. We were very disappointed."

Came up with a good solution for getting to the back side of our roof (there’s no access from the back) to inspect the gutters; used safety equipment to go over the roof from the front.
