Most of what we do is full tear-out and replacement. We remove the old cracked, settling, or spalling concrete, rebuild the base the right way, and pour new. We also handle driveway extensions and widening, aprons and curb cuts, stamped and decorative concrete, and concrete repair.\n\nOur crews have poured more than 38,000 residential concrete projects. Every job gets a dedicated project coordinator, up-front pricing with no surprise change orders, and a final walkthrough before we call it finished. Licensed and insured.\n\nNeed a new driveway? "Excellent. When Jim came to my home to give an estimate, my wife wasn't even sure of the design. All she knew is that she wanted a multi-level deck. Jim sat down with us and helped my wife design her "Dream Deck". He even suggested ideas that my wife loved but my wallet hated (LOL). In the end we received that deck that my wife loves. The job was stared ahead of schedule and completed early. The crew was professional and very friendly. Jim even surprised us with a few upgrades that he covered the cost on. I am very pleased with the deck that we received and will definitely use him again in the future."

Customers say: Quality work

"Lester didn’t give me the highest or lowest estimate. What he gave me was a very thorough walkthrough of what needed to be done and how he would accomplish it. He was well organized and has great communication skills. I was very pleased to do business with him and hope I can hire him for more work in the future."

"I needed to replace my 85 foot-long driveway. A loblolly pine was situated beside the driveway, easily as old as my 1961-built house (who in their right mind plants pine trees right next to driveways?), and the roots were pushing and cracking the concrete, creating a large bump which made driving on it quite annoying. I also wanted to replace the 3'x3' concrete pad at the back door of the house with a larger stamped concrete patio and replace the front walk and porch. A big job for one house. Bill came to provide an estimate, and I found him to be friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't talk down to me (as a woman, this is very important, and I've made it a point to not hire folks for talking down to me). His price was fair, and he itemized each project in detail in the estimate. I had the tree beside the driveway cut down, and the stump ground down as much as possible. There were still a lot of roots below the old driveway, and Bill's crew did a great job of getting them removed once the old driveway was demolished. Bill kept me updated throughout the entire process and didn't mind me asking silly questions. I absolutely love the new patio, and I'm thrilled that I now have a driveway that I don't have to "4-wheel" it over!"

"The work was done at my house and he did the driveway and a pad in the back yard. The work was outstanding and Mr. Golden explained was he was going to do and also said that he would be back to look at the work area and to let the concrete cure for 5 days before driving on the addition of the driveway and also the concrete pad in the back yard."

Asphalt Driveways questions, answered by experts

The timeline for an asphalt paving project in Fayetteville depends on its scale. A residential driveway replacement often takes one to two days, while a commercial parking lot resurfacing can last three to seven days. Keep in mind that summer thunderstorms or hurricane season can cause delays. City of Fayetteville permits, when required, may add another three to ten business days to the schedule.

Helpful?

In Fayetteville, NC, proper asphalt paving maintenance focuses on combating moisture and UV damage. This includes annual crack sealing to prevent water intrusion from heavy rainfall and sealcoating every two to three years. Regular drainage inspections are essential. Preparing for hurricane season by clearing drains and assessing post-storm damage is also a key part of the local maintenance routine for any paved surface.

Helpful?

In Fayetteville, schedule asphalt paving promptly if you see deep potholes, spreading cracks, or water pooling, as these can worsen quickly and create hazards. For minor surface issues, consider waiting until late spring or early fall when weather is optimal for asphalt maintenance. If the driveway is stable and your budget is tight, non-urgent repairs can be planned for a less busy season.

Helpful?

Professionals in NC prioritize asphalt paving work based on a clear hierarchy. Emergency safety hazards like large potholes and structural base failures are always addressed first. Next are preventive measures, such as crack sealing to stop water infiltration and improving drainage. Aesthetic tasks like sealcoating and line striping are the final priority, scheduled during optimal weather to protect and beautify the surface.

Helpful?

In Fayetteville, be wary of asphalt paving professionals who offer unusually low bids or push for immediate decisions using pressure tactics. Avoid anyone requesting full payment before work begins or insisting on cash-only transactions. Always request detailed driveway repair contracts and check for local references. If a contractor mentions “leftover materials,” it’s often a scam—reputable companies rarely use this approach.
