He disappeared for months, swore to send me a check for reimbursement for the work that was paid for and then disappeared. He never provided written quotes or receipts for work, and requested payment be made in cash. Avoid at all costs."

Our normal procedure with a customer is our company will come out and look at the job in hand and talk with the customer and if the customer agrees then a contract will be signed and the customer will pay half at the beginning of the job and the balance at the end of the job.
