"The work that Chris and his team completed for us was done in a timely and very professional manner. Work had to be broken into a couple of segments related to weather; with each reschedule Chris was great to communicate changes in schedule and why it was needed. We asked him to remove some older Laurel bushes that had gotten too large for the space they were in and also fill a couple of empty spots in front landscape beds by relocating a plant and adding a couple of new ones. Landscape beds look great with new pine mulch. Aeration and overseeding has been successful with a plentiful amount of rain this fall. Moving a boulder from one place to another in our landscape was seemingly made easy with their Bobcat. Any grassy areas marred by Bobcat tracks and lifting of the rock were raked level and repaired with grass seed and straw. These areas are filling in nicely as well. We are very pleased with Chris Broadway and team's work ethic, communication policy, and professionalism. Each time we've asked Chris to complete work for us he's treated the property as if it's his own....which is greatly appreciated. I'll admit that it was difficult a few times to keep in touch on getting the final quote and scheduling the day to perform the work; however, Nick (the owner) was very good to work with and made up for any trouble with an excellent final product at a fair price. His workers accidentally caused some minor damage to some of my sprinklers; however, it was repaired promptly. They never asked for, nor seemed to expect, full payment until they were sure I was completely satisfied.
The most impressive part about this company is definitely the workers. They are the nicest and most courteous people I've ever had do work for me. For example, one time when I came outside to check on how the work was progressing, I apologized if I was getting in the way...but the worker said, "we're the ones in your way, this is your house and we've got your front yard all torn up...but we'll be sure to get the job done perfect as fast as we can so we can get out of your way and you can enjoy your new lawn." That quote (although not perfectly word for word, but VERY close) is exactly how the entire crew carried themselves all day. They genuinely love the work, have a sense of pride in a job well done and are the epitome of putting the customer first.
