She reviewed the scope of the job, provided a detailed quote and answered my questions. After I accepted their bid, they scheduled the work two days later. On the day of the job, a full team of workers (6-8) arrived with a full complement of required equipment. They made quick work of removing the tree, grinding the stump and thoroughly cleaning the area. I would not hesitate to use A+ for future tree removal work."

But my bill reflected 10,000 square feet of service. When I called to question this, they didn't seem to care and I canceled my account. Then I got a p*****-off call from the guy who serviced my lawn (which I did not request), trying to justify the lack of work done on my property. I am still waiting on a call from the 'office manager' about making this right, but I doubt that will come. Attached is an image from the untreated portion of the property, that was nice green grass a year ago (and 1,500 bucks ago) and now it's not doing so well, I wonder what it would have looked like had it been properly serviced!!!"
