"Contacted Home Genius through Angie’s List to replace the siding and gutters on my house and agreed to an appointment. I liked the sales pitch but had to cut it short (to an hour) as I had to go pick up my son. The sales ‘expert’ said he’d send me a quote along with other pertinent information the next day. After a week with no word, I called back and received an apology from customer service and was guaranteed to hear back regarding the quote within 48 hours. Another week passed and I called again. Got the same treatment from customer service along with the same promise of contact within 48 hours. It’s been another week now and obviously they have no intention of following up on this. Can’t speak to the work they do but pre-sale work is lacking."

Next day Steve came back with an excavator to dig up and fix the pipe. Leading up to Steve's arrival, I was kept in the loop of the estimated time of arrival. We had called other commercial names in town. One gave us a quote 4 times greater. Told us it would take half a day and a crew of men to complete. A couple of others told us they couldn't get to us until the end of the week, even though we told them we had absolutely no running water. Pro Worker/Steve came with one other guy and was done in just a couple of hours. As you can tell by the length of this post, I can't say enough great things about Pro Worker. We would definitely use them again and suggest them to anyone!"

"It went fine at first but the main reason why I asked for a roof replacement still exist. Waters running down the wall. Leaks all over my house. Also they do not honor their contract which is 30year warranty for the roof, shingles and 2 years warranty for the work. Now I needed to hire a new company to fix the mess that they made. They are saying that the contract is not valid because the owner said that he didn't sign it and it was one of the workers who signed it. They owned the problem but they won't show up to fix the problem. They did the job 04/17/2021 and the problem showed up 06/02/2021. It's not even a year yet."
