During that year, we had multiple conversations with him regarding the scope of our project, and he was as willing to contract the scope as to expand it. He wrote several proposals for us, so we could see the financial impacts of our different scope options. Our indecision on scope, and delay in scheduling, never caused any frustration or ill will on his part. Mr. Stroup was helpful, friendly, and patient throughout! His team installed everything in one day, and all who worked on our project were extremely courteous and professional. We have been very impressed with the quality of the work. "Communications and scheduling were awful. Took forever and 7 calls to actually get them to send the quote. When I call they say Jorge will call back, he doesn't. Call him, and his voicemailbox is always full. Three times the roofers were scheduled to come and they never showed up, never called. Really regret using them. When the roofer finally showed up, he was a sub contractor that didn't really know what he was supposed to do. Felt bad for him, he had to bring his little boy who just wandered around my back yard while he worked on my roof. The actual work seems fine, it's the whole process of working with them that is awful. Can't figure out who they actually are, Findlay Roofing, Roof Roof, Mighty Dog Roofing? That was probably my first warning flag."

"My husband and I came home from visiting family over the holidays to a busted pipe in our basement. It was the main water line coming into the house. There was a river coming out of our garage and 3 inches of water in our basement. Not exactly what you want to come home to from being on the road for 10 days. Next day I called Pro-Worker and someone was sent right away to assess the damage. Steve was great and within 20 minutes I had a reasonable quote. Next day Steve came back with an excavator to dig up and fix the pipe. Leading up to Steve's arrival, I was kept in the loop of the estimated time of arrival. We had called other commercial names in town. One gave us a quote 4 times greater. Told us it would take half a day and a crew of men to complete. A couple of others told us they couldn't get to us until the end of the week, even though we told them we had absolutely no running water. Pro Worker/Steve came with one other guy and was done in just a couple of hours. As you can tell by the length of this post, I can't say enough great things about Pro Worker. We would definitely use them again and suggest them to anyone!"
