"Donâ t believe everything they tell you about their system. We hired this company because during heavy rains (4inches or more), our basement tended to flood. We discussed this with the sales rep who came out, Albert Morrow, and told him we didnâ t have problems unless it was heavy rain. He recommended his company and told us the system was designed for this. After we had the system installed, we had no problems but also no heavy rains for 2-3 months. However, in December we had 5 inches of rain during one storm, and OUR BASEMENT FLOODED once again. A technician came out and basically told us the system worked the way it was supposed to but during flooding conditions the system was overwhelmed . So basically we paid $7500 for them to come out and install a system that does not work when it should. We would have been better off just to keep our money in our pocket and just wet-vac the water out when we have heavy rain. NO,WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SYSTEM. We are basically screwed out of $7500."

"Hired Taylor to take down six trees. He took down six trees and was suppose to cut them all the way to the ground so we could hire stump grinder. He failed to do what he was paid to do. He left a real mess, didn’t cut the trees level like he was suppose to and left the trees to where now we will need to hire another tree company to take care of the trees before we can hire a stump grinder which is what he was suppose to do and was hired to do. He or his employees removed tools (rake) from the shed that belonged to homeowner and took them with him. We made numerous calls and attempts to resolved this for almost 2 weeks and he never returned a call, nor replied to emails. He did finally reply back to a text. He has no intentions to make this right because he has already been paid. This is a poor excuse for a business to simply not care. Please read other reviews on other sites as I wished we would have and maybe we wouldn’t have hired this company. Please DO NOT pay him before the job is to your satisfaction because once he takes your money he’s gone and you will never see him again nor get your job finished and will be left with a real mess!! I attached pics of the trees he cut but didn’t think to take pics of the mess that was left that took us days to clean up after he left us high and dry because we thought he was coming back to cut them flush enough for the stump grinder. Sadly once he was paid he was gone and has no intentions to finish this job."
