It was built in 1980 with 250 year old hand hewed logs. I have used C&D Custom Log Finishing for over 10 years now for anything and everything I need. Some logs have had to be replaced in that period of time and Clarence has someone that personally hand hewed the replacement logs and they look just like the original logs. He keeps you informed during the entire process and is always available for whatever comes up. Also, we have developed a great friendship through the years. "While they did a great job with the remodel of our previous home, they did a superb job with our new home.  We are very picky and wanted some very custom features like custom made cabinetry, travertine tile, huge outdoor living space, and many other features. Ray Hubbard worked with us for nearly 6 months getting all the finishes just the way we wanted them, and spent endless hours I am sure with all the numbers.
Our beautiful home will be where we retire and we could not be more happy about it.  A few minor mistakes were made along the way, but considering a project of this size it was very understandable.  We informed Ray of the few items we thought were mistakes and he quickly handled the problem and did so to our satisfaction.    I would like to say we would use him again, but he all ready gave us our dream home.  All joking aside, of course we would call on Ray and Legacy if we ever need a great contractor.

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
