We needed a whole house renovation and met with several contractors. Kelly Harkey impressed us from the beginning with his knowledge and experience. Kelly helped us with a house plan, knew all the steps it took from start to finish, we did not worry about anything. He has an excellent attention to detail, gave us ideas, his opinion and left the decisions to us which we felt was very important. Kelly committed to having us in our home in less than 6 months and delivered in 5 months. He was easy to communicate with, prompt on replies. We would and will use him for any work in the future and have recommended him to many of our friends. Our project was a 1946 brick ranch that had knotty pine walls, one old bathroom with a terrible floor plan and ceilings. Kelly’s team had all the walls down, gave us new ceilings, re-wired our entire home from a 110 breaker box to a 220, added 2 bathrooms, revised the only bath to a powder room, took up all the floors, leveled them out and placed new ones, he built us beautiful solid maple cabinets and they are grade A quality soft close cabinets with beautiful quartz countertops. Kelly is confident, trustworthy, works hard and committed.

Kelly built our home and did a great job with many customized features. We invited him back a few years later to extend the roof on our deck and screen it in. Finally, we contracted with him to design and build a wine cellar. He did a quality and beautiful job on each project. I would have no hesitation in retaining him again should we have an additional need for his services.

Kelly Harkey has done a number of home improvement projects for us including kitchen and bath renovations. He also did a covered deck for us. We are very happy with all the work he has done for us. We would highly recommend his company.

Kelly built a 6000+ square foot home for my wife and me. It was extremely well done. Both my wife and I found Kelly wonderful to work with and great at communicating with us. He has years of experience, from his early days as a carpenter. This experience gives Kelly a ton of knowledge on how to handle construction. He is well known for his finishes, from beautiful moldings and cabinetry to columns and corbels. Our family and friends often told us that the layout and extra touches in our home was some of the best they had seen. Many of these touches came from Kellyâ s personal recommendation. When it came to subs for speciality work, we found that he used the best and supervised their work. It was truly a pleasure working with Kelly on building our home.

Kelly Harkey was the general contractor who took care of putting a new roof on my house, foundation repair, some demolition, exterior painting and siding repair. The work was done in a timely manner and Kelly was a pleasure to work with. He took care of all the miscellaneous needs for my home improvement and I am very happy with the result.
