Lack of detail, argumentative when shown issues with the quality of the work. And didn't even finish. Asked for payment and then didn't show up to finish. Just ghosted. Had to hire another tile guy to fix all of his mistakes and there were a lot. In addition to the job taking months longer than he projected. I would look elsewhere for your tile work. Really frustrating process all around."
