This was a rough experience. 4 bathrooms to tile including large master. He might know wood flooring (we didn't use them) but the tile work was poor. Lack of detail, argumentative when shown issues with the quality of the work. And didn't even finish. Asked for payment and then didn't show up to finish. Just ghosted. Had to hire another tile guy to fix all of his mistakes and there were a lot. In addition to the job taking months longer than he projected. I would look elsewhere for your tile work. Really frustrating process all around.

The crew at Floorcraft LLC was fast, efficient and professional. We had a very large job that included carpet tear out, install hardwood, repairs on existing hardwood, sanding and staining. The work done was beautiful and we are very happy with our new floors. I would highly recommend Floorcraft LLC!

Floorcraft did a great job! They were able to meet my HOA strict material requirements and provide me with a beautiful new engineered wood floor! Chris was able to work within my schedule and completed the job in the specified time. He was open to my questions and feedback and completed the final details of the job himself! I have already recommended him to friends. I would definitely use him again!
