He showed up within an hour to address a serious issue with our leaning TV mount, and immediately identified the problem from the original installation. Unfortunately, the screws had not been properly tightened in key areas, which caused the television to continue tilting forward. Jeran was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. He quickly corrected the mounting issue, made sure everything was secure and level, and even helped set up my soundbar perfectly before leaving. It is such a relief to find someone who is responsive, trustworthy, and truly knows what they’re doing. Excellent customer service, excellent communication, and excellent work quality.
