"The company was very responsive to my request and made sure all my questions were answered before I scheduled the appt. I actually called in twice. I was scheduled for an afternoon appt but they had a cancellation and called me to ask if they could come earlier. I was already working from home so that was fine with me.
The young woman that came to clean the carpets was very professional! She showed me the product she was going to on the carpets and explained exactly how it works. The estimate that I got over the phone was pretty spot on. Plus, there was a $30 coupon I was able to use as well. My carpet in any given room wasn't in terrible shape. Little spots here and there plus i have 2 dogs so it needed to be freshened up. The carpets smelled so good after she was done and best thing was they were COMPLETELY DRY! I don't think there was one spot in the house they couldn't get out. I was very pleased with the results. The company also offers the cleaning product by the tub for $30 but I didnt purchase it, but wish I had. I thought they were a little expensive but I am happy I decided to use Carpet Dry Clean. I would use them again.
