"Four Seasons employees arrive on time, are professional and seem to keep customer costs in mind. The biggest issue we ran into was since this was a Bosch appliance Four Seasons has to work with Bosch Technical Support to work through the various tests and get parts. Sadly even though Bosch was provided the correct numbers they sent the wrong parts. They missed that the heater was equipped for solar, even though that is built into the model number and provided to Bosch. When the correct parts came Four Seasons was quick to get back and rebuild the valve. When that did not resolve the issue they went back to Bosch and did more testing. This time Bosch recommended replacing the part. When that part came Four Seasons was very good about getting back and installing it. We are back in hot water :-) Four Seasons was very resolved in working through the issues and getting us back in service, while being reasonable about the costs they could control.

"John Peil is the owner and we dealt with him directly. He was very thorough and detailed. He helped me with Allstate who denied the first claim.
He told me to ask for a different inspector because he felt the inspector who showed up was inexperienced. The second inspector gave us the pass for a new roof due to hail damage. And here I need to credit Allstate who were excellent in the process. Two houses on our cul de sac have been denied by State Farm. And three approved by other companies.   
His crew did a great job and cleaned up professionally. 
I was not pleased with the spray paint put on my tin in two places so John sent one of his men to replace the tin, no questions asked despite the fact that I did not pay for new tin in the estimate.  During the roofing his crew mistook a yard light as solar and tried to pull it up thereby breaking the wiring and the fixture. His crew also didn't replace my gutter guards correctly so I had to call the original installer who charged me $100. John cut me a check for that on the spot when he inspected what had been done.  The company that delivered the roofing materials badly messed my driveway. John sent one of his men with a pressure washer the next day.  
 Overall highly satisfied and I have recommended him to my neighbor who was also very pleased."

Peter arrived at about 10:30 AM on Dec. 11.He checked the place where the leaking was evident, went under the house to assess the situation there, determined that the problem was in the utility room behind a wall panel behind the washing machine. He opened the panel, then went to purchase the materials necessary to make the repair. He asked me if I wanted to replace the studor vent.
