"Arrived on time, repaired broken part and fixed some internal chair issues that might have been present since chair was manufactured. Appears some screws were missing from some key support wood blocks. Made sure chair was solid, worked properly and then closed up the leather back and fabric bottom. The chair was never this good before! Good, professional job."

"The work was supposed to be done in August. I gave money for materials and the work is still not done nor have I been given requested receipts for what was purchased. After repeated attempts to get Kevin to come over and do the promised work, I am still waiting. I am very disappointed. I do not recommend this business."
