Dry Master Carpet Care

The work was done very well. We are pleased for sure.

As always, my rugs were smiling after their dry bath. Love this technique. Joe usually cleans and uses a special cleaning technique to clean my rugs. The runners are usually taken to our garage, laid out, cleaned and then placed in the house to dry in about an hour to the touch. Our larger rug is cleaned in place (Joe and assistant moves our dining table ) and again in about an hour it is dry (damp to the touch, not wet). We have used Dry Master for a few years now and are very happy with the results. Him coming to the house is a real bonus for us. Also, Joe and his assistant are prompt and will call when they are delayed (not often) for some reason or other. Nice.

They arrived on time and their work was very professional. Completed work in one hour. I was impressed with the process they used with the quality of the result. Very pleased!! I will definitely call them again as the need arises, and will gladly recommend them to others.. Jerry Senn

Fantastic job! They fitted me in and stayed late to finish the job. I highly recommend them, professional and their system really cleans plus low oder and quick drying. Of course no system is great without the operators and Joe and Daniel did a great job

It was great. They were professional, prompt and through in their services performed. The cleaning method that they use is environmentally, people & pet friendly. There is very little water used in their process so the carpet is dry to the touch and ready for use immediately after they were finished. My carpet looks and feels great!! There was no odor at all. Will certainly hire them again and will recommend them to my family & friends!

Everything went so perfect. A great job was done, and the wonderful clean carpet was such a joy. I could not ask for any more from this provider, and personality and professional were great. It is a joy to have someone come in and do a service like this, that is friendly, spoke with us as he worked, but, did not just stop and talk and waste time. No, not at all. He actually remembered being here for carpet cleaning two years ago, and remembered how I liked it done. I can not say enough for how pleased we are with this companyl

Joe was very courteous and punctual.  The green cleaning process he used made our old carpets smell fresh and clean, and look great.  It was extremely convenient because it was done in the home and I didn't have to take the really large carpet somewhere else.  An hour for the process, then an hour to dry. Super quick and effective.   One of the carpets was bought on consignment and had a horrible odor that was smelling up the room.  Joe worked on it top side up and upside down, and now the bad odor is completely gone and replaced by the fresh natural fragrance of his product. 
I will definitely use this company again when I need my carpets cleaned.

Carpet stretching

They did very good work.

They do a great job at a fair price.  They communicate well which allows me to manage my property from long distance.  Highly recommend. 

Joe arrived on time, and took a look at the sofa.  It wasn't very dirty, but had been in use for four years with two cats in residence.  Joe said that it would clean up perfectly, and went to get his equipment.

It took about an hour, and the sofa was barely damp; it dried in about an hour or so.  The sofa was perfect, even all of the cat hair was gone!  He said he would return at no charge if we noticed anything that needed additional cleaning, but of course he didn't need to come back.  Our house had a pleasant fresh clean smell for a few days after we left.

Joe even sent me a thank you card, which I was really impressed with.  I would most certainly use this company again, and highly recommend them.

Dry Master arrived on time, were very courteous and professional.  They did an excellent job of cleaning two extra-large, and extra-dirty recliners.  (My dogs do love their creature comforts, and are not above taking a bone up onto "their" recliners to gnaw on--especially if I'm not home to supervise.)

I was very pleased with their work, and will certainly have them back again.

Except for the arm rests, our sofa was relatively clean. He used excessive water (or cleanin soluton) and said the drk spots would dry clean in aout 1 1/2 hour. 5 hours later the sofa seating area was still wet and required towels to sit on.Seating area was sry he next day. The sofa arms are still dirty looking

Absolutely exceptional.  They use some sort of a process that drys fairly quickly and does not damage the hardwood floors under the area carpets.  They were easy to work with, set up quickly, kept busy and cleaned up after themselves.  They answered all questions.  The job was thorough and the carpets look GREAT. This was a father and college age son.  They are polite, easy to work with and flexible.  The father has been doing this type work for 26 years.  We highly recommend them.  They personify the best!!!!

Appointment was made with Joe for arrival to be between 9:30-10:00am.  When  no one showed up, I called at 10:30 and spoke to an older woman at the number and she said Joe and his wife were on their way and that they gave a one hour window not 30 mins. new information for me.  However, moments later she called me back to say they were lost.  Later, I talked to Joe on the phone and they apparently didn't know where they were and  no where close to my home in  Fairview.  I'm not sure what he was using for navigation. They finally arrived after 11:45am.  Based on mapquest, driving time is approximately one hour from their address to my home.
I showed them the rooms and asked Joe if they wanted me to point out the soiled spots that concerned me, and he said no, they would do their normal cleaning process. He didn't elaborate or seem concerned.   When they were done, they did not walk thru with me or ask if I was happy.  I took it upon myself to walk around and then pointed out that some of the soiled areas still seemed untouched, and he said let it dry for a few hours and it should be gone.  He did not offer to look at the spots with me.  He did not contact me back later or the next day  to see if I was happy with the results.  There was no change, and honestly the carpets did not look any cleaner than before they arrived.  I sort of expected a follow up call, but nothing.  I called them back a week later to let them know that i was not happy with the cleaning.  They were in Florida on vacation so he said he would come by when he was back in town.  He called to tell me he would be in the area on a Thursday and wanted to come by. I initially agreed, but  I had other plans already that ended up being a conflict  so I let him know via email the night beforehand.  I did not get a reply and have not heard from him again to try and remedy the problem.  I delayed writing this review to see if he would contact me again.   In all honesty, I could not recommend the work of this company based on my experience.  I was able to clean up most of the soiled areas with an over the counter carpet cleaner which again makes me wonder about the quality of the carpet cleaning product this company is using.

Update 6/23/2014:   I checked for any follow up emails prior to writing my original review, I also just verified that I have not received any email response or offer from Dry Master Carpet Care to return to try and remedy the problem.  They have my contact information if they are interested in trying to remedy the situation, as of today I have not heard anything from them.
