Joe arrived on time, and took a look at the sofa. It wasn't very dirty, but had been in use for four years with two cats in residence. Joe said that it would clean up perfectly, and went to get his equipment.
It took about an hour, and the sofa was barely damp; it dried in about an hour or so. The sofa was perfect, even all of the cat hair was gone! He said he would return at no charge if we noticed anything that needed additional cleaning, but of course he didn't need to come back. Our house had a pleasant fresh clean smell for a few days after we left.
Joe even sent me a thank you card, which I was really impressed with. I would most certainly use this company again, and highly recommend them.

Dry Master arrived on time, were very courteous and professional. They did an excellent job of cleaning two extra-large, and extra-dirty recliners. (My dogs do love their creature comforts, and are not above taking a bone up onto "their" recliners to gnaw on--especially if I'm not home to supervise.)
I was very pleased with their work, and will certainly have them back again.

"I do offer on any job if there is any problems or questions to please call me. The arm on this sofa were not that soiled to begin with and were made as covers for storage compartments. So they were difficult to work on. There was a question raised on the time work was completed about the arms. We did say it should dry but if there is a problem. Please call and we would return. I still will honor that to return. Sometimes just like a piece of clothing with soil it may need extra work."

I showed them the rooms and asked Joe if they wanted me to point out the soiled spots that concerned me, and he said no, they would do their normal cleaning process. He didn't elaborate or seem concerned. When they were done, they did not walk thru with me or ask if I was happy. I took it upon myself to walk around and then pointed out that some of the soiled areas still seemed untouched, and he said let it dry for a few hours and it should be gone. He did not offer to look at the spots with me. He did not contact me back later or the next day to see if I was happy with the results. There was no change, and honestly the carpets did not look any cleaner than before they arrived. I sort of expected a follow up call, but nothing. I called them back a week later to let them know that i was not happy with the cleaning. They were in Florida on vacation so he said he would come by when he was back in town. He called to tell me he would be in the area on a Thursday and wanted to come by. I initially agreed, but I had other plans already that ended up being a conflict so I let him know via email the night beforehand. I did not get a reply and have not heard from him again to try and remedy the problem. I delayed writing this review to see if he would contact me again. In all honesty, I could not recommend the work of this company based on my experience. I was able to clean up most of the soiled areas with an over the counter carpet cleaner which again makes me wonder about the quality of the carpet cleaning product this company is using.
Update 6/23/2014: I checked for any follow up emails prior to writing my original review, I also just verified that I have not received any email response or offer from Dry Master Carpet Care to return to try and remedy the problem. They have my contact information if they are interested in trying to remedy the situation, as of today I have not heard anything from them.
"We were sceduled to return on Thursday the 22nd and we received an email @11:02pm on the 21st postponing the next day. I responded at 11:25pm by return email " I understand thanks for the notice I am flexible. Let me know when would be a better day. My Friday this week is booked up. Thanks " So I waited for a follow up email at your convenience."
