 + -1 moreThey gave a us a very good deal on what we bought. They delivered the furniture on time to our house. They unloaded everything and set it up for us.

 + -1 moreIt was a pleasant experience. The salespeople are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Also flexible in letting you take a piece home and return it if it doesn't fit the decor. They have a great selection (and price) of Quizel lamps (I bought two). I compared prices of online companies with the Amish store prices--and the store beat out the online (if you come in for a good sale). I know they're expanding their suppliers to more than Amish now, so I don't know what the new products will be like. But I'll certainly check them out.

 + -1 moreI went to the store to look at dining room tables. They had a wide selection of beautiful tables and chairs. The salesman (I think his name was Art) was attentive, knowledgeable about the product, and helped me to choose the right set based on my budget and needs. The dining room set arrived as promised in 12 weeks, and the delivery men were polite and assembled it quickly. The table and chairs are works of art.
Description of Work: I bought a dining room table and chairs. They are made in Indiana by Amish craftsmen.

 + -1 moreThe chair was on clearance, so we got it for a great price. Our salesperson was very helpful and it was a good experience. However, on follow up visits we were disappointed in the inattentiveness of the staff (hanging around the front desk talking with each other instead of helping customers).
Description of Work: Purchased a handmade Amish rocking chair.
