We did experience some difficulty getting in touch with Eric at times but for us it was ok because we were not in a urgent situation. We found that he would contact us when he became available so learned to be patient and wait for him. Since we are seasonal residents, it is important to us to have a company we can rely on to provide all sorts of services.
