One other thing I am very grateful is that I had Brian look at our septic tank (this is a new construction house) and the electricians before wired the thing incorrectly and was filling up and we didn't even know it. Given the reputation of our custom home builder I had him take a look and he fixed the wiring which fixed our pump...THANK GOD!
