"Our deck substructure and surface had large areas of wet rot making it unsafe in some areas,particularly on our large 150 sq ft corner stair section. Dan called me within an hour of posting the job on Angi, came to our home an hour later, and sent me a quote by the end of the day. Within a week and a half Dan and his team came to our home to begin the work. The demo required was extensive and had to be done carefully as we were keeping our rough sawn cedar railing and posts in place. After the demo, Dan carefully removed any remaining rotten areas of the substructure and rebuilt those areas to include completely rebuilding our large corner stairs to its original specs. His team also removed and replaced all of our remaining deck boards on the entire deck. This was complicated as they had to move our 8 person (1100lbs empty) hot tub around the deck to install new decking. When finished the deck looks great and also includes lighting we previously did not have! I highly recommend!"
