Jim, our sales person, was very easy to work with and made suggestions on wood, color and hardware that would make our kitchen cabinets blend well with the rest of the house. He also suggested cabinet design changes that would make storage more efficient. Jim, the Installation Manager, was also very easy to work with and worked with us to make some upgrades that we wanted. He also explained the whole process and what to expect. The two carpenters were very consciences of keeping everything clean by covering up floors, appliances and closing off the work area. They were on time, asked questions if needed and explained what they were doing. We were very impressed on how hard working they were, the quality of their craftsmanship and attention to detail. "I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."
