We highly recommend Kitchen Tune-Up. Wow! Our kitchen looks absolutely amazing! We decided to upgrade and modernize our kitchen since it was over 20 years old. We had our cabinets painted, new door hinges and handles, new quartz countertops, sink, tile backsplash and under cabinet lighting installed. From selection of materials to the installation, Kitchen Tune-Up made the process easy and kept us informed and prepared in advance of each phase of the project. All of the contractors performing the work were very personable, highly skilled and had great attention to detail. Kitchen Pro did an amazing job upgrading our kitchen. The workers were all very professional, from the secretary to the cabinet installers. They communicated through the Buildertrend app, which shared dates, times, and what to expect. I could also text or call, and any questions or concerns were taken care of immediately. Customer service was outstanding. Now, onto the quality of the cabinets: they are beautiful, of great quality, and the work is completely seamless. The company also took care of the work when it came to changing my backsplash countertops and extending my island. The picture tells it all.

We wanted to update our kitchen and create more storage space. The cabinets we had were builder-grade, dark cherry, with a raised-panel door style. We also wanted to replace our electric range with a gas range as well as remove the microwave over the range and replace with a hood. We hired KitchenTune-Up who was great in offering advice on how we could create better storage space and what my options were for the microwave and hood. We ended up redooring in an offwhite shaker door style, reconfiguring the refridgerator area to add a new utility cabinet as well as replaced the "closet" pantry with a utility pantry. Love all the roll-out trays. I finally got all my appliances and cookware in the kitchen. They also built me a custom island to replace the one I had, which included a drawer microwave and pull-out trash bins. I don't know how many times I have told my husband, I love my kitchen now." KitchenTune was great to work with, and all their employees are great!

Negative stars: Disreputable, Untrustworthy, Forgetful, No attention to detail, Not Prompt, Unpleasant to deal with - just bad with people. Do your self a favor and look elsewhere for remodel needs - this company is full of red flags and gave me that bad gut feeling you get that tell you to runâ ¦I did and you should too. I have a $20k budget, Among a few others, I contacted Kitchen Tune Up, hoping to get a quote for cabinets, counters, sink, backsplash, flooring, trim - everything. I made the appt then in coming days got two reminder emails - great sign. Today, the appointment time comes and goes - I wait 15min and call. Got a call back from woman and then immediately a confrontational man gets on the phone. Heâ s not apologetic about missing appt, and says they like to talk to people before the in home appt (this was AFTER the appt they blew off) - anyway Iâ m asked to regurgitate details of my request so they know what to pack in the vehicle for samples (they havenâ t even packed the vehicle yet). I explained about the two reminder emails and that I left work to make the appt - still no apology. I was then told it will take them 10min to get here after they load up - itâ s now 30min after the appt time. They either forgot about the appt or are completely disorganized and couldnâ t be bothered to call ahead of time.

The owner called and we made an appointment to start the process. He never showed for the appointment nor did he call to explain or reschedule.

We had Kitchen Tuneup install countertops, backsplash, farmhouse sink, install a few new cabinets and apply shiplap. We love it all!! All installations of each item timely scheduled and well communicated. We look forward to working with them in the future.

Project included cabinet reface, new flooring, new counter top, new back splash and drawer installation for space efficiency. It turned out beautifully. Kitchen Tune-Up provided professional staff and subcontractors, stayed on top of all project elements, going way beyond what any general contractor might be expected to provide when a family emergency required rescheduling. They got it rescheduled unbelievably quickly and gave so much personal attention to the project, I can only say that now they seem more like friends than contractors.

I was thrilled with the outcome of my kitchen and bathroom reface. The project exceeded my expectations.
