Excellent customer service was very patient and very thorough on making sure I understood every detail of his job that he done for me from the thermostat to the outside unit. My thermostat wasn’t working downstairs, but it was working upstairs and he truly resolve the issue. my home says very cool even though the thermostat says 74 is nice and cold in here."
