"The Moore brothers were great. They satisfied my Home Owners' Association with a detailed proposal within an hour of inspecting the job. They itemized and described the work, which included cleaning off the mold, replacing insulation, repairing joists, encapsulating the crawlspace, and creating a French Drain on the exterior of my unit to redirect the rain. I have since received 6 quotes, all for under $130. Wish I had done that before hiring them but had used them in the past with no issues.
