"He is willing to take on any project and then some. My honest feeling is that his enthusiasm somewhat outpaces his expertise and experience. He is a diligent worker and stays with the project. His painting went well though speed seems to trump care and preparation (He painted over some unsanded spackle repairs). My main problem was that instead of the two painters that were advertised, it was him and what I believe was his girlfriend who was inexperienced and sometimes just watched him paint. It should have been advertised as one painter and a helper. The price though was very reasonable and the finished product was adequate. He is likable and I believe honest and trustworthy. I would use him again especially if it was a project that just needed to be knocked out."

"Kozo Tile has done two bathroom’s marble tile installation for us. One was the build up of a whole new bathroom, including closing up a wall and building the space for a new door. The construction was done protecting the rest of the house from debris and the workers cleaned up every day before leaving the job. They hey showed up for work exactly as scheduled and finished the project on the day we were told it would. The knowledge that the owner, Dinu Kozhokar has on everything construction is truly remarkable. And the quality of his work is like the one of an European artist. The actual showers , drains, plumbing fixtures and materials were done with the latest technology and highest quality. The tile work, including up to the bathroom ceiling was perfect. "Tomas from TM Projects WNC did a great job all-around on an assortment of badly needed fixes. These included installing flashing around a leaky chimney (leaking stopped), installation of a new ceiling fan (ruined by leak), removal of an old and very heavy window AC unit that was no longer needed, and a complete rehab of a deck that needed some replacement of joists and planks and a thorough pressure-washing and staining. All of this was done with courtesy, professionalism and very fair pricing. Tomas works very hard, is thorough and meticulous in his work, and everything went smoothly. He seems to have expertise in almost every category of home repair and construction. He is timely, responsive, and follows-through on all aspects of communication and timing.
