Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."

He showed me my problem, which I already knew and he left and went and got me garbage disposal and installed me and gave me some very helpful hints on dishwasher and my disposal. The other handyman/plummer that I called on Craigs list said that they would call me back with estimated estimate and I have yet to hear from them. They sell other things (remodeling, but I didn't have any of that work done).
He was very helpful with window selection (no pressure tactics) and got my windows ordered and scheduled for installation very quickly. I'm use to working with small businesses so if you need everything done "right this minute", it may or may not be for you. I like supporting small businesses and found them to be both very professional and thorough in the install. I like my EcoView windows far better than the more expensive windows which I believe were installed better. I would recommend taking a look at these windows (they won't disappoint).
