He comes by about twice a month. He picks up limbs from the trees, mows the lawn, blows the deck, sidewalk and driveway, and also reseeds the lawn for me. He also does landscaping work. I went from having one of the worst yards in the neighborhood to having one of the best all thanks to Floyd!
