I hired R & R to build a 5 rail ranch style wooden fence in May 2021. I hired them because they had done an excellent job for me a few years prior. We had some delays, miscommunications, and a lengthier install than expected during this 2nd job, but when my fence was completed I was happy. Less than a year later, the double gate was sagging and I had difficulty opening it at all. I reached out to Ricky on April 4th and he said he'd be by the following week to take a look. He didn't. On April 29th I reached out again and when he answered May 2nd he said he would stop by that week. He didn't. On May 26th I reached out again, asking when I could expect him. His response was, in part, "we are a little over an hour from you ' since its just a repair and one board it would probably be alot cheaper to get a handy man in your area , because I really don't know when I would get caught up to be available to go do it with all thats piled up on our agenda." Funny, distance was NOT a problem when he accepted the job. I asked him to confirm he would not warranty/repair the sagging gate that lasted less than a year. I never heard from him again. I do NOT recommend R&R, and wish I had not used them at all.

"We are very sorry you feel this way. We strive to provide the best services to our customers. Unfortunately, we can't help acts of nature so we don't offer a warranty on our wood. Once we finished the job you were very happy with the work done. A lot can happen in a year, so we can't be held responsible for that. In April we were very busy, and it would have been hard for us to stop our jobs to do a repair over an hour away. We suggested you hire someone closer to you for the small repair because it would have been cheaper on your part due to the inflation and gas prices. Again we are very sorry for the inconvenience it may have cause you. We want nothing but the best for our customers. -R&R Fencing"

We had a wonderful experience with R&R from start to finish. When Ricky came by for an in person estimate, it was clear that he knew what he was talking about and has been doing this for a long time. Very professional, kind and trustworthy. Super competitive pricing as well. This was our first fence project and Ricky was so responsive to all my questions (and I had alot lol) It was so comforting to have that communication throughout. Rickys sons came out to do the work and they were fantastic too! They managed to schedule work around the rainy days which was a blessing and they were polite, hard working and had a great eye for detail. They left the backyard in pristine condition after they finished up. We now have a quality built fence and couldn't be happier. Would absolutely go to R&R for all future fencing projects and would recommend to anyone we know.

I cannot speak highly enough about RR Fencing. They were quick to contact me after I submitted a request and then came the same day to give me an estimate. Their pricing was more than fair for the work that they provided. In less than a week from the time I initiated my request they had removed my old fence and replaced it with the new one. They did a fantastic job on the fence, were always willing to answer my questions, and were quite friendly throughout the process! I highly recommend RR Fencing for anyone who needs fence work done!

Ricky was wonderful. He did excellent work and we are extremely pleased. A good deal of limbs and brush had to be cleared to make room for the privacy fence; he took care of that, being careful to only what was necessary, and now the privacy fence looks like it has always been there. We opted for black chain link and are glad we did; it blends into the existing vegetation. We also had Him build a wooden gate to our deck, which was also expertly done.

"I'm so srry it's not like me to not call or contact a customer ,the rain has postponed a few jobs and pushed the dates back with no room or extra time in between jobs' my wife usually handles all the customers info and keeps me informed with all the estimates ahead of time , but she's been in and out of high point hostpital for a couple of weeks now and has had a very serious surgery' it's gotten me between a rock and a hard place at this time trying to stay on track but things should be back on track in a couple of weeks as she gets better ' I've had a great track record and a great reputation with all my customers, I would never do anything intentionally to upset anyone,"
