"Project consisted of a shower & corner tub. Then install a new shower where tub was. There were some unforeseen plumbing issues, which they handled very professionally. Paul and Erik were our professional team assisted by your plumber. All were conscientious about their work. Cleaned up the worksite. Paul also reviewed our project with care instructions, and answered all our questions. We were pleasantly surprised that the scheduler contacted us when an early opening for a 2 day job occurred. We are very much enjoying our new shower. It's super easy to maintain. I also love the textured bottom and the grab bars."

Yes, professional installations typically include safe gas and plumbing connections.
Yes, plumbing in a mobile or manufactured home is different from that in a traditional home. The most significant differences relate to the design, location, and materials used. In a standard home, plumbing pipes typically run through the walls. In a mobile home, which is not a permanent structure, the pipes are often smaller and routed through the floor or a crawl space underneath the home. Additionally, the building codes, permits, and materials used for mobile home plumbing can differ from those for standard homes. For specific details about the design and installation of your mobile home's plumbing, it's best to consult a certified professional plumber with experience in this area.
The cost to fix a leaky pipe ranges depending on location—the easier the pipe is to access, the less expensive the repair will be. Because a leaky pipe under the sink is typically an exposed pipe, this is one of the least expensive repairs for a plumber to do, often costing between $150 to $300 to fix, on average.
There are three main types of shower valves: pressure-balancing, thermostatic, and diverter. Pressure-balancing and thermostatic valves are both considered mixing valves because they regulate water flow and temperature, but they do so in different ways. A pressure-balancing valve senses changes in water pressure, such as from a flushing toilet, and adjusts the incoming hot and cold water to maintain a consistent temperature; these typically use a single knob. A thermostatic valve uses a thermostat to precisely control the water temperature and requires a separate control to adjust the water volume. A diverter valve directs the flow of water from one fixture to another, such as switching from a tub faucet to a showerhead in a tub-shower combination.
A water closet is a room within a bathroom where a toilet has a dedicated door for privacy. This separate space is set apart from the rest of the bathroom, allowing someone else to use the shower or sink. In some instances, there is also a small sink in the water closet for added convenience. The main benefit of a water closet is that it offers private space and can be a desirable design amenity, particularly if the bathroom is shared with others.
