Checked all the smoke detectors explained how they work and how long they are good for. The same with the co2 detectors. He also explained about the fire extinguishers and which one are the best for which room. I will defiantly have them come back again next year for the yearly inspection.

Van Starling was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I very much appreciate the detail with which he explained their company's business approach, how their crews are set up, their accreditations, and his knowledge about my specific roofing situation. Meeting with him was informative, helpful, and a pleasure. During the installation, he explained to me roofing issues that they found and pointed out areas of interest to me. For example, I had roof rot along my old improperly installed gutters, my stove incorrectly vented into my attic, and my old chimney flashing was not properly bent into a chimney groove. Steve, the project manager for my particular job, was also very courteous, prompt, and professional. His crew was exceptional. They arrived on time, were careful of my property, and they worked from 8:30 A.M. to 7:30 P.M. (only breaking for a 1 hour lunch) to finish the job. My property was spotless after they left, and they even washed down my front walk areas. I cannot accolade this contractor enough. I only wish I had another roof that needed fixing so that I could hire them again!"
