Im now 38 yrs old I have been over THE MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS this past 1yr 1/2 for ONE of the #1 CELLULAR PHONE COMPANY'S 16 BRICK & MORTAR BUILDINGS IN WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA & UPSTATE SOUTH CAROLINA part of every DECISION, or any repairs made I completed, also immediate response to emergency positive covid case disinfection, emergency repairs like flooding,main water line busted in bathrooms, roof collapse, Pressure washing, to painting parking spaces,HVAC maintenance ECT.. it has always been my dream to be self-sufficient and build a company by my dedication and hard work and I have done that. Needless to say my willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed in life like adapting,maintaining my focus,dedication, always learning staying teachable in hopes of perfecting the property management game. Floorcraft LLC has been using the same expert crews since 2005. We take pride in each project through punctuality, efficiency and professionalism. 99 % of our projects go as planned. It's the ones that may not that you find out a companies true worth. We can provide you with many references that will tell you great things about us. We can also provide you with a few that know now that we were there when things did not go as planned. Craftsmanship does still exist.

"This was a rough experience. 4 bathrooms to tile including large master. He might know wood flooring (we didn't use them) but the tile work was poor. Lack of detail, argumentative when shown issues with the quality of the work. And didn't even finish. Asked for payment and then didn't show up to finish. Just ghosted. Had to hire another tile guy to fix all of his mistakes and there were a lot. In addition to the job taking months longer than he projected. I would look elsewhere for your tile work. Really frustrating process all around."
