Lori was the best, we worked with her on scheduling. We had to reschedule a few times and she always had our back and was able to get us back on the schedule quickly. She answered lots of questions and was glad to do it. Always a great attitude and extremely helpful. Thank you Lori. At the end of the job Dylan the PM came by to check the work and make sure we were satisfied. Very helpful in answering questions. "I had a major remodeling project and got help from their sales manager / designer who was the best! Too bad he left the company. The building manager who coordinated my deck build left the company after just a week. The electrician is wonderful & so is their primary tile subcontractor, but everyone else you need to watch closely. Surface Bella is very expensive and I doubt I got my money's worth, but at least they didn't run out on the job. They also tend to cut corners."
