They were able to start the installation process after just one month of ordering the windows. The installers, Tom and Michael were very professional, very respectful, they kept the work area clean, they kept us updated on the process and worked around our schedule. They scheduled the installation earlier in order to fit our convenience. The quality of the windows is great, considering the price and the quality, I would use this company again over Anderson or Pella which I overpaid for in the past.
