Today I had an urgent need for some follow-up repair work and I'm completely impressed with their willingness and ability to rally for me late in the day on a Friday afternoon to mobilize and handle my issues same day. "Overall the work was done fairly well. I was satisfied. They were responsive when I had issues both during and after the job was done. The main issue was that Steve tried to add $7000 onto my agreed price because material prices had increased. Problem was that all the lumber had been bought and sitting in my driveway prior to the material increase. He forgot that he had given a list months earlier showing we had all we needed but the siding to complete the job.The company does good work but you have to stay on top of the business side of the contract."
