The "front office" would let me know by either phone or email when the project would start, and then Tony and would give me updates. All and all the whole process went smoothly. "Carolina's Fireplace and Granite Distributors were excellent to work with. Dale is very punctual and knowledgeable. He helped us with all of our initial planning and when we could not find a slab we liked on hand at their yard, he sent us to a granite distributor where we were able to pick our own custom slabs. The installers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. The hauled away our old counters and sinks. We were also able to provide our own choice of sink that we bought from a 3rd party. We had shipped to Carolina's Fireplace and Granite and they did the template on site and brought it all the day of installation. Everything went great and we would absolutely use them again."
