"There was a section of vinyl caulk that was installed between the backsplash and the counter. The caulk was old and deteriorated and became dis colored and did not cure. Since the problem was caused by the initial installation, Granite Transformation should have corrected the work under warantee. In fact, they want to charge me a service call. Since they did not stand behind their work, I would not recommend them. I had to call them back to repair plumbing problems, They failed to plug in the refrigerator completely. Beautiful job, but for &7,000 they should stand behind their work

Immediately upon arrival an initial review was done and it needed a little more work than anticipated, however they adapted and had it done in no time! This isn't even taking into account how wonderfully they overcame the multiple power flickers and the one prolonged outage. On top of everything they were both caring and friendly! "I had a very good experience purchasing my windows. My Ecoview windows were purchased when the original windows purchased for the front of my home exceeded my budget for replacing the remaining 11. I needed to find a suitable replacement window that I could get for a good price while still providing the same quality I wanted in a replacement window. After doing some research, I found EcoView (which I had previously never heard of). They came in a variety of sizes, are double hung, double paned with argon gas, solar reflect glass and high quality vinyl. I meet with Michael who I believe is the owner of this small business. They sell other things (remodeling, but I didn't have any of that work done).
He was very helpful with window selection (no pressure tactics) and got my windows ordered and scheduled for installation very quickly. I'm use to working with small businesses so if you need everything done "right this minute", it may or may not be for you. I like supporting small businesses and found them to be both very professional and thorough in the install. I like my EcoView windows far better than the more expensive windows which I believe were installed better. I would recommend taking a look at these windows (they won't disappoint).

"They could have done the job but were not able to complete it. They had the equipment in the company but it was not going to be available for 4 days. Otherwise, they would get a really high rating. They did not charge me. American Home Shield sent them and used the copay that I had given to the other plumbing company. They did a good job. The only problem was that it was going to take 3 or 4 days before they were going to be able to get back because there had been a death in the company and they were kind of in turmoil.   They were good and very professional. They were timely and knew exactly what they were doing and knew what had to be done. It was just that because of circumstances in the company that they could not get somebody out to perform that duty for those 4 days. The price was good, I did not pay anything. They came right out. There is no doubt in my mind given the professionalism that the plumber that came out was going to be able to fix it. I just could not wait 4 days. They were upfront about it and apologized profusely because they could not get the job done."
