"Kevin and crew were excellent. The carpet and upholstery cleaning was done on time and with respect for my home. After completing the cleaning, Kevin alerted me to look for any spots that might reappear as the carpet dried. I was to call him if that happened and he would take care of them, which he did!!! "Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room.  She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources.  Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me.  That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought.  I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.
