"Jeremiah came out and tested the air and moisture and other items to determine if I had mold in my basement. After getting the test results there was evidence of mold and he recommended a company that provides a do it yourself kit for mold remediation. (Not cheap). After getting the items and realizing that there was more work, it would have been better for me to let my insurance company handle this as I do have coverage for mold/fungi. Though having a professional do the work is expensive, from what Jeremiah mentioned, it does not guarantee that the work will be complete or the source of the problem taken care of. He mentioned most companies will take care of the mold but not necessarily the cause of the mold. For this I would have to contact another company."

"We had Certified Restoration Consultants repair water damage to the front of our home in Cary caused by intrusion behind siding and into the wall of our dining room. They did both exterior and interior restoration. They also installed new vapor barrier and dehumidifier under our house. Guy and his crew (Nick, Nathan, Leo, Mateo) were very knowledgeable and professional with respect to containment of mold during restoration and ensuring that the water intrusion would not reoccur. They were in contact and/or here every day and followed up to make sure all scheduled workers showed up when they were supposed to be here.
