I’m Christian. I have been working in all or some fields that u have read for 35 years. Born into a family of Masons. I’m a third generation mason in my family. I specialize in hardscapes and landscaping but not limited to any type of masonry work. I have a window screen repair company currently. Moves into the area little less than a year ago. Trying to figure out what I want to do down here in North Carolina. I learned everything I know from doing and watching work side by side with my dad, uncle and my older brother. Anyway I’m available to work. Ready to take care of someone’s project large or small no matter what it is.

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"I want to thank C &A Remodeling, Carlos and Alex for the remarkable job in transforming our very small bathroom, into a gorgeous room, it is beautiful!!! They listened, made suggestions, and then listened more as I changed my mind, a few times.... They were also easy to work with, and communicate with, throughout the process. They did exactly what they said they would do, and when they said they would do it. I am thankful that we hired Carlos and Alex (C & A Remodeling). I will definitely use them again!!"

"I did a little homework and found that 910 concrete coating was the best choice reasonably priced offered same lifetime warranty as the other concrete coating businesses. Unfortunately, I was not able to upload photos because kept on getting a message that the file is too large and cannot be uploaded the maximum. File size is 5MB. Brandon was very attentive to our needs explained everything and was very professional. If you’re doing an epoxy floor in your lanai or your garage 910 concrete coatings is the way to go."

Epoxy Flooring questions, answered by experts

To maintain concrete floors, clean them regularly with a damp mop and avoid using abrasive cleaning agents that can damage the finish. Reseal the concrete every 2-3 years to protect the surface and enhance its appearance.

Yes, you can seal old concrete, but proper preparation is essential. Before sealing, ensure the concrete is clean, dry, and free of any old sealant. To check if resealing is necessary, place a few drops of water on the surface; if they are absorbed in less than five minutes, it's time to reseal. If you are using the same type of sealer that was previously applied, you may not need to remove the old layer. However, if you are applying a different type of sealer, the existing one must be removed. Additionally, repair or fill any cracks to create a smooth base before you begin sealing.

The cost to overlay or resurface a garage floor averages about $3 to $9 per square foot, depending on the preparations involved, the size of the floor, and the type of finish. Some decorative topcoats like stamped concrete and ornate overlays can cost from $7 to $20 per square foot, depending on the complexity of the design and finish.

It’s important to weigh the advantages and disadvantages of epoxy garage floor coatings. Consider the following pros and cons of this garage addition, including the following:

Pros:

  • Increased visibility

  • Durability

  • Long lifespan

  • Low maintenance

  • Versatile appearance

  • More sustainable

Cons:

  • Strong odor when applying

  • Difficult to remove

  • Can be slippery

  • Possible bubbles and blisters

  • Temperature sensitive while curing

Costs depend on coating type, labor, site preparation, and required finishes.
