He came out and helped identify the problem areas with our sagging deck on a steep mountain grade and came up with a solution and at a price that would guarantee the longevity of our mountain log home. He sent pictures as work progressed (we were out of town while work was performed) so we felt comfortable that the work that was recommended by our engineer was going to be repaired beyond our expectations. They did a great job and was very professional."

"Josh was impressive from the very beginning. I needed to repair deck boards from several decks that had failed or discolored due to sun exposure or other issues. It was a bit complicated because the failed boards were along the deck perimeter and required the dismantling of deck railing and other parts. Josh found the sole manufacturer of the boards (in Canada) and located distributers in the US and sorted out the delivery logistics...not a fun task. He called me and we discussed various options and came to an agreement on the cost and timing which I thought was very reasonable. Josh didn't require money up front and I knew he was a man of his word, and he clearly knew how to handle and manage the work. Josh and his team arrived on the agreed date and completed the work in two days. They did an impressive job and made some changes that were improvements over the original installation. They also uncovered a few minor construction issues which they repaired. Josh is top of my call list!"
